The wellbeing and comfort of our clients is of great importance to us.
To help us provide the best service possible to everyone, we would request that clients observe some basic rules while using our sauna.
By booking an appointment with us, in person or online, you agree to the following:
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult - inquire about exceptions for local sports clubs etc.
Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times outside of the private dressing room stalls - that is, swimwear or light clothing when the sauna, showers and plunge pool are in use and appropriate street dress before and after
Please keep the sauna entrance door closed when not actively entering or exiting
Individual bookings may need to share their time slot with other clients. Staff and clients must be treated with respect and any verbal, physical or discriminatory abuse will not be tolerated under any circumstances
Staff reserve the right to refuse admission and to remove individuals from the premises if required
Although facilities are cleaned regularly and thoroughly, we ask that you please rinse in the shower provided before entering the plunge pool for the comfort and peace of mind of other clients
Please do not bring food into the sauna
No smoking or vaping is allowed on our premises
By using the facilities, you agree to be bound by the waiver below

By placing a booking with us online or in person, you agree to the following:
An Chill Sauna Ltd. owners and staff accept no responsibility for injury or illness caused by improper use of our facilities.
While saunas are generally safe, we request clients to take responsibility for ensuring their own well-being.
Please never drink alcohol or use recreational drugs in the hours preceding, during, or following sauna use. Doing so can result in serious injury or even death.
Please do not use the sauna if you are currently using any trans-dermal medication patches, such as nicotine and nitroglycerine patches.
Please use your own judgement about the degree of temperature change that is right for your body. Limit yourself to shorter sessions (10 or so mins) in the sauna until you feel acclimatised, and bear in mind that cold plunge/showers are optional.
Please drink plenty of water after using the sauna as it can be very dehydrating. Tap water can be accessed on premises but you will need your own bottle/container.
The sauna is heated using a wood-burning stove. The stove and the chimney become extremely hot. Water may be poured onto the stove using the ladle and bucket provided, but never touch the stove or chimney directly.
Please exercise caution with regard to trip hazards and wet flooring.
Please do not wear any metal jewellery or bring unshielded metal water bottles into the sauna as they can become very hot and cause injury. We provide lockers to store your belongings but recommend leaving anything especially valuable at home.
You should seek medical advice before using the sauna facilities if:
You have any kind of cardiovascular problem or are on medication to regulate blood pressure
You believe you might be pregnant
You have reason to believe you may have an adverse reaction to rapid temperature changes
You have reason to believe you may have an adverse reaction to widening of blood vessels, temporary lowering or raising of blood pressure or elevated heart rate
You have a skin condition such as atopic dermatitis
You have any kind of kidney problem which may be exacerbated by dehydration
You suffer from low blood pressure
While we cannot accept liability for illness or injury occurring on our premises, please do inform a member of staff if you feel ill and we will endeavour to help however we can. If you need medical attention please make a staff member aware immediately. Our staff are not medically trained, but will contact an ambulance for you if required.
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations after this point are not permitted and no-shows cannot be refunded.

Data Collection and Usage
We use Acuity Scheduling to manage our booking system. When you make a booking with us, we collect the following personal information:
Your name
Your email address
Phone number (optional)
This information is used solely for managing appointments and services. Acuity Scheduling stores your booking history, including whether you have booked with us before, as well as any past or upcoming appointment dates. Additionally, Acuity tracks any voucher or bundle purchases and associates them with your name for future use.
Data Storage and Retention
All personal information collected is stored within the Acuity Scheduling system. We do not store or process your data outside of Acuity, nor do we collect any other information beyond what is necessary for scheduling your appointments.
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or distribute any personal data to third parties under any circumstances. Your data is used exclusively for managing your bookings and ensuring the delivery of services.
Please note that while we control how your data is collected and used within our business, we cannot control how third-party services such as Acuity Scheduling or Google handle your data. For more details on their data practices, please refer to their respective privacy policies.
Cookies
We do not use third-party cookies on any of our websites. No tracking technologies are employed to gather data beyond what is provided during the checkout or booking process.
Data Removal
You have the right to request the removal of your personal data from our system at any time. If you would like your data removed from Acuity Scheduling, please contact us, and we will ensure your information is permanently deleted from their system.
